Mit dem Projekt „ZUSIE – Zukunft Siedlung in Erpersdorf“ soll die Siedlung zukunftsfähig gemacht werden. Die Entwicklungsstrategie soll durch eine multidimensionale Betrachtung von sozialen, ökologischen und ökonomischen Kriterien sowie unter der Berücksichtigung des gesamten Lebenszyklus von Quartieren neu bewertet werden.
Dadurch möchte das Projekt eine ausschließlich wirtschaftliche Betrachtungsweise infrage stellen und somit alternative Entscheidungen möglich machen. Die zukunftsfähige Entwicklung der Siedlung wird durch ein Expert*innenteam begleitet.
